FoxFilter Privacy Statement Last modified: January 1, 2020 FoxFilter (the “Service”) is a content filtering service, available from Inspired Effect, LLC (the “Company”) either online through our website at www.foxfilter.com or via our mobile application. The Service provides users with the ability to create their own personal content filtering rules to help prevent access personally-questionable content.

INTRODUCTION:

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our privacy practices. By accessing the Service, you agree to our privacy practices as set out in this privacy statement. This statement describes the information that we collect and how that information may be used by us. This statement does not apply to information we collect through any other means, or to information collected on any other Company or third-party site that may link to or be accessible from the Service. We encourage you to learn about the privacy practices of those third parties. Our servers and data centers for the Service are located in the U.S. We may also subcontract processing to or share your personal information with third parties located in countries other than your home country, especially if you use the app outside of the U.S. If you are accessing the Service from outside the U.S., you agree that your personal information may be transferred to the U.S. or another country, which may have different privacy and data security protections than those of your own jurisdiction, to be processed and stored. You expressly consent to your personal information being used as set out in this paragraph.

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION:

• Other information from your mobile platform, which may include your location, IP address, OS version of device, device name, device ID, time zone and the page/screen that you requested.
• Third parties may be placing and reading cookies on your browser, or use web beacons to collect information as a result of serving ads by the Service. To comply with this disclosure obligation with respect to Google’s use of data, please review how Google uses data when you use a partner's sites or apps.

We use personal information in the following ways:

• To present the Service and its contents in a suitable and effective manner for you and for your computer or mobile device.
• To provide you with information, products or services that you request from us.
• To notify you about changes to the Service.
• To allow you to utilize the alerting features of the Service, if and when you choose to do so and if and when those are made available for use.

INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT:

To further protect your privacy, we currently do not collect, monitor, or track your web browsing history. That’s your business. We offer a history feature in the mobile app, but it is only kept locally on your device and is not copied anywhere else, including our servers. You can also delete this history from your device at any time.

In the future, we may offer customers the option to track history of blocked websites on their children’s devices, but that feature is not offered currently

CHANGES:

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time, and will post the most current version on our website. If a revision meaningfully reduces your rights, we will notify you.
