Firefox, Chrome, and Edge have made it more difficult to hide icons for extensions, but you have a couple of options. You can click on the "puzzle" icon and unpin the FoxFilter icon, or if you are a Firefox user, you can edit your Firefox configuration to hide, what they call, the new "unified extensions" button.
To hide the entire "unified extensions" (aka puzzle) button, please follow these steps.
